Chamber Choir

Chamber choir is a choir which approaches a number of different pieces from across the globe.  Recent achievements have included a soundtrack from the Lion King and other contemporary music.  They have also recently entered for the National Youth Festival of Music as did the concert band and Youthful Spirit last year, demonstrating the high level of music al ability that this department and school has.  The choir started out as a small group of selected students, enough to cover about 2-4 people on each part (SATB plus extra in some cases) but since then the choir has become a more popular group and subsequently has grown greatly in size.  The choir is open to all ages within the school and is conducted by Mr Harrison, head of performing arts.

Rehearsals:

• Mondays 5:00pm – 7:00
• Rehearsals for this group have now ended for this year, but the group will begin rehearsing again at the start of the next school year.
