Why won't the page load?

Many different problems can cause a page to take a long time to load or not even load at all:

• You may not be actually selecting the link fully.  Please follow the instructions on how to navigate the ebook to ensure you are doing this correctly.
• The CD may be dirty or damaged.  Take it out, clean it and try to reach the page again.
• The PC you are using may not be well equipped for the multimedia elements on the next page and so may take a long time to load them.  You can also try reaching the page another way using the other links in the help section.  If the page will not load at all there may be a more technical problem.
• The page the link is looking for is no longer in the correct folder/place on the CD or server.  Please return the CD to/or contact the department who can get this information to the technician to fix it.
