I cannot see all of the page in the centre.

This can be a common problem if the size of the dialog box in which the application is shown has been sized too small.  To fix this simply select the maximize button in the top right hand corner. Alternatively you can stretch the page larger by clicking and dragging the bottom right hand corner.  To ensure that the page has correctly adjusted to this you can select the refresh button but this is not particularly important. 

There can also be another reason for this problem.  If you are using a 800x600 resolution for your PC the ebook may not function properly as some of the images are slightly too big for your resolution and so the text may also disappear off screen.  There are a number of ways of trying to solve this problem:

1. Change the resolution to a larger version.  To do this right click on your desktop and select properties.  From there select settings and change the resolution to a larger version.  Note: this may not be possible for PC’s that are already set in 800x600.
2. Change the text size.  This will ensure that all of the text on the page fits onto the screen.  To do this select: View<Text Size< Smallest.

If neither of these solutions work, your computer may not fit the required specification for the product and so to view the CD you may have to use a different computer.
