The page does not load properly when it starts up.

This could be caused by a number of issues involving your computer.  The most likely is that the security of the browser which is being used is blocking the content. If a bar like this:

is shown at the top of the screen you may be able to enable the content.  Simply click on this bar and a drop down will appear:

Select Allow Blocked Content and the page should load.  If this bar is not shown there may be other security settings involving your computer which are preventing the whole page from loading.  In this case please consult your Internet options and PC security settings.
There may also be software issues preventing you from viewing the whole product.  Please consult the readme file for the required software and hardware to run this product.
